 Carmelitas KDM, we offer modern Mexican cuisine. Enjoy culinary roots from Puebla & Guadalajara. Margaritas are made from scratch with organic ingredients. Our open kitchen allows guests to observe the tradition & technique crafted into our dishes. We feature traditional Mexican eats prepared with top quality ingredients such as, Kurobuta Carnitas, Prime Skirt Steak Fajitas, Short Rib Enchiladas, & Guacamole made to order. Our in-house butcher selects only "Wild" Fish, and Prime Meat & Poultry. All of our desserts are prepared in-house. The interior is dressed with walnut wood, crafted stone, traditional Mexican art, & unique lighting design. Our hospitality standards are placed to ensure that we are always on our guests side.
